If you have a complaint, you need to resolve this matter directly with or alternatively these links below may be of some assistance.

 

Accommodation & Restaurants

Talk to the accommodation and/or restaurant provider first. If the provider is a member of an association (generally they will have these links displayed on their website: http://www.phrionline.com/), you can further your complaint with the association: Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI), also known as Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (IHRA).

 

Tour Operator

Talk to the tour & travel provider first. If the provider is a member of an association (generally they will have these links displayed on their website: http://www.asitaNusa Tenggara Timur.org/), you can further your complaint with the association: Associations of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (ASITA) DPD Nusa Tenggara Timur.

 

Tour Guide

Talk to the tour guide provider first.
